On sait pourquoi on est l\u00e0 : stimulation des organes vitaux, du syst\u00e8me immunitaire, du syst\u00e8me lymphatique... C'est tr\u00e8s concret ! Par ailleurs, certaines s\u00e9ances sont con\u00e7ues par Laure pour r\u00e9pondre aux attentes des participants en fonction de leurs pathologies. Pour ce qui me concerne, mes violentes douleurs dorsales ont disparu tr\u00e8s rapidement et de fa\u00e7on spectaculaire gr\u00e2ce aux exercices propos\u00e9s.\n\nJ'ai compris, et je le comprends de plus en plus au fil des s\u00e9ances, comment le yoga facilite l'harmonie du corps et de l'esprit, comment le yoga aide \u00e0 mieux se sentir soi-m\u00eame et \u00e0 mieux vivre avec les autres, comment le yoga contribue \u00e0 faire reculer la maladie.<br>\nJe sais combien il m'est devenu indispensable de pratiquer le yoga au quotidien et je sais \u00e9galement que les quelques minutes que j'y consacre chaque jour ne valent rien compar\u00e9es \u00e0 l'\u00e9nergie, au bien-\u00eatre et \u00e0 la gourmandise pour certaines choses de la vie que j'y trouve en retour.<br>\nLe cours de yoga-th\u00e9rapie de Laure (LorYogi), \u00e0 l'H\u00f4pital Saint Louis (AP-HP), c'est un moment de partage et de convivialit\u00e9, mais c'est aussi un outil puissant de reconstruction de soi : je sens que mon corps et mon mental fonctionnent mieux et je sais que le yoga m'aide aussi \u00e0 faire du sport.
